Air Bubbles
We call them "charm bubbles". They naturally appear during the production process when air is trapped between different layers of glass.

Handling the Glass
The crystal by Anna von Lipa is dishwasher-safe, but only in the following manner: Use a short wash cycle, cooler than 60 degrees, without a drying program. Leave the dishwasher door open so that the glass can air dry, and dry it off with a tea towel. Use a soft cloth for this. When in doubt, wash it by hand.
