Refund policy
Of course, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you wish to return a purchase, you have 14 days to do so. Within this period, you can return your purchase. Please note: this does not apply to sale items. Sale items cannot be returned. Atelier Frenchie will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days, provided the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
How to return an order?
Send an email to orders@atelierfrenchie.nl with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You will receive a response within five working days.
Possible reasons:
- The dimensions do not match.
- Looks different than in the photo.
- Does not meet my expectations.
- Received the wrong item.
- Damaged or defective item.
Please note: The costs for returning your order are not covered by us. Additionally, we recommend keeping a proof of shipment with tracking information – if your return shipment is lost, it is not our responsibility.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method. After receiving your return, the amount will be credited to your account within 14 days. We will contact you via email when we have received and processed your return.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.
Received the wrong/damaged item
If you have received a wrong or damaged item due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days via orders@atelierfrenchie.nl. We do not offer a warranty if the origin of the damage cannot be traced or if the product has been used for a different purpose. Additionally, a photo of the damaged item must always be included.
